In the Monitor panel, drag the current-time indicator to the point at which you want the title to appear.

In the Media panel, click the Titles Templates button .

Expand the categories to preview templates. Dark and light gray squares on templates indicate transparent areas. When you find a template that you like, drag it to the Monitor panel.

Click the Type tool , and select a line of template text. Type new text to replace the template text, or delete text that you won’t use.

If you want to reposition the title: click the Selection tool , and drag text or images to reposition them in the title.

If you want to change the length of time the title shows: in the mini-timeline in the Monitor panel, drag the In or Out points of the title to change its length.
