In the Get Media From view of the Media panel, various buttons let you access the following: audio, video, and still-image files already in folders on your computer

Click on Files and Folders and navigate to the desktop and your movie folder

Click on the images you want to import into Premiere and they will appear in availble media section

Select the sceneline view and drag the images into the sceneline in the order you wish the movie to follow.

When you are satisifed with the order go on to to build your movie.
