Registration

NEW STUDENTS: Legal guardians must provide the following information.

  • An original birth certificate or baptismal certificate with seal

  • Current Immunization records (We cannot enroll your child without current immunization records.)

  • Proof of residency (i.e., a utility bill, lease or purchase contract)

  • The address of the previous school for records request

NOTE:

Standardized test scores and report cards are helpful for placement, but are not required.

Step-parents and other extended family members may not enroll students unless they are the legal guardian.
