Combining Two Images

File:  Open: move to Images06: Fireworks to find your first image.

Go to File:  Open: move to Images06: Fireworks to find your 2nd image.

In properties check the size of your image and the magnification should be set to 100%

In the Bitmap Tools choose the marquee .  Click on one image and decide what portion you want to select to put on the other animal. Once the ants appear, go to Edit: Copy.

Click on the 2nd picture.

Click on the new layer button in the Layers panel. Name the new layer: elephant. You need a separate layer to place the part of the first animal on.

Edit: Paste. The 1st animal part will appear. You can move to place it where you like.

Use the marquee to cut any parts of the image you do not want. Remember when you want to stop the ants, click on the black arrow then double click on the picture to stop the ants!

Use the eraser tool to eliminate areas also.

Go to File: Save As: name the file yourlastname_combo.
