Create a New Blank Database

In create a newdata base area, click Blank Access database.   OK.

This dialog box looks different from others.  Before entering any data, you must first name and save an Access file.

Name Database File

The file name is highlighted and is db1.  Type The Fish. 

Save the document by pulling down on the arrow  ▼ next to My Documents and finding your ID # folder.

Click Create to create empty database file with the name The Fish.
