Create Report

In Objects list on Database window, click Reports, Click  NEW.

At top of New Report dialog box, click Report Wizard.

Find your table Aquarium.

On first Report Wizard page, click arrows Ô to move all fields to Selected Fields and choose Name, Native To, Habitat and Temperature.

Click  NEXT  to continue.

You are asked if you want any grouping levels…you do not, click NEXT to continue.

In sort box 1 at right, click the arrow Ô to display list of fields. 

Choose Name in 1 and Native To in 2, Habitat Type in 3, and Temperature in 4

Click  NEXT  to continue.

You are asked if you want any grouping levels…you do not, click NEXT  to continue.

In sort box 1 at right, click the arrow 6 to display list of fields.  Choose Name in 1 and Native To in 2, Habitat Type in 3, and Temperature in 4

Click NEXT

For layout choose Tabular, Orientation choose Landscape then NEXT

Click on a report style of your choice.  Then NEXT .

Type Your name Aquarium (example:  Alice Atkins Aquarium) for title.  Be sure you put both first and last name on here so when you print you will get credit for all the hard work and reading you have done to complete this tutorial on AccessCongratulations!!!!

Click Finish to have wizard generate report design, save it and show a preview to you.

On file Menu, choose PrintClick OK.

On file Menu, choose Close.  Report was saved earlier by wizard, so there is no need to save.
