Create A Form

File Open The Fish database.

In Objects list click Forms.  Click New.

Click Form Wizard.  Now you choose which table or query data comes from.

Click the 6 to see drop-down list of choices.  Choose Aquarium.  OK.

From the Available Fields use  Ô to  move everything but ID to the right side of Selected Fields. 

Next

For Layout select either Columnar or Tabular Next

For Style choose one you like

Click Finish. Your form will appear

Explore Form. Move through the form you created using the record selection bar arrows  to see each of the records.
