Descriptive

   My new Playstation2 is fun and useful. It is a great gift that I received for Christmas. The color (if you have not seen it) is mainly black. The other colors that are on there are the multi-colored letters that say PS2. The uses for this marvelous machine are for playing DVDís, CDís, and video games. That way you can have something for the whole family. The two games that I got are DDRMAX Dance Dance Revolution where you can dance to the music of the game. The second game is called Gadget Racers and you can race to get money to buy better parts for your car. That is why you should stop reading this story and go buy a Playstation2 for yourself.

Expository

   To use the Playstation2, you have to do a few steps. First, read the instruction manual to plug in the PS2 to your television set according to what kind of cables you have. Once plugged in, you must turn on the console. Then, you should set up the time, language, and if it is Daylight Savings Time. Next, after it is set up, you must put in the DVD, CD, or video game. Usually it starts playing right away but if it does not, press the restart button. Then you can have fun and enjoy.

Narrative

        On my brand new Playstation2 I played my racing game called Gadget Racers, and I had loads of fun. I first started playing and learned the basic controls. As I raced I got better, and I got lots of money and bought better parts for my car including an engine, transmission, and new tires, so I can go faster. After a while, I got to go in the intermediate races. I wasnít very good at first, but I still got some money. I bought special parts like airplane wings, a propeller, floats to stay above water, and skis to handle better on ice. Then, I entered special contests. When I won, it gave me a brand new car, and that was really cool to me.

Do you know what machine will change your life forever? Well, I do! Say hello to the Playstation2. This new invention is the new and improved version of the original Playstation, and it is loads more fun, better, and enjoyable. You can now play Playstation games, Playstation2 games, DVDís, and CDís all in this marvelous machine. Due to survey, 600 out of 700 kids prefer the Playstation2 to any other game system. That is because of the wide selection of games. So you should walk, drive, or something  to the nearest store to get this game system.
