We would like to welcome all fourth grade students and families to another exciting year of learning. The team would also like to welcome Erin Cook, joining us this year from fifth grade. We are looking forward to working with each of you as we cohesively build upon your child's learning foundation.

This year is full of newly adopted curriculums that will only further each child's individual growth. We are exploring a new social studies and health curriculum, as well integrating some new math strategies. The new curriculum will challenge students to reach their highest learning potential and achieve their personal best, while enhancing a fun-filled learning environment.

Fourth grade will be traveling to Tucson for our annual field trip sometime after the beginning of the new year. We are also expecting a visit from a real, live mountain man during the month of November.
