Solicitations
and Amendments
Solicitations must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the solicitation number and Offeror's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. Mail or hand deliver your solicitation prior to the specified time and date of solicitation opening to the following address:
Kyrene School District No. 28 A "NO BID" response may be mailed or faxed to the District at (480) 783-4033. It is not necessary to return the complete bid packet for a "NO BID" response. Mail or fax a statement saying that you do not wish to bid and include the bid number and the name and address of your firm. You may download a NO BID RESPONSE FORM for your convenience and fax it to (480) 783-4033 or mail it to the address listed above. All times listed below reflect Mountain Standard
Time. All files are in Adobe Format Contact the Purchasing Department at (480) 783-4028 if you are having problems downloading the solicitations or amendments. PLEASE NOTE: If a vendor downloads a document from this site without the District’s knowledge, it is the vendor's responsibility to verify the issuance of an amendment prior to the solicitation date. Email the contact person with the solicitation number, firm name, contact, physical address, phone number, fax and e-mail address. If you fail to contact us, we can't advise you of any revisions, extensions, etc. and the District will not be liable.
