the amount of time students are off campus through the
implementation of a on-campus alternative to suspension
program
Expand
number of schools involved in providing after school
learning opportunities and enrichment for high-risk

on-campus suspension program to include character
education component
Provide
staff with resources and training to reduce, if not
eliminate, bully/victim problems among elementary and
middle school children in and outside of the school
setting

Revise
and implement emergency procedures plan to be used at
all 25 schools
Train
all school staff and administrators on the emergency
