Voluntary Transfer Process for Certified Staff January 15th – May 15th Requests may be made any time during the transfer period from January 15th through May 15th by completing the Request for Voluntary Transfer Form. All transfers must be completed by close of business as of May 15th. Teachers may request transfers for posted vacancies for the upcoming school year only. There is no limit to the number of transfer requests selected. Please attach an updated resume. Who is Eligible to participate in the Transfer Process?
Who is Ineligible to participate in the Transfer Process?
What happens after the Transfer Request Form is submitted? Hiring administrators will review each candidate’s request, but are not required to personally interview each candidate. The hiring administrator will notify Human Resource Services of the selection and will submit a transfer Personnel Action Request (PAR) to Human Resource Services. Note: If any teacher is determined to be ineligible to participate in the transfer process, this application will become inactive and the transfer request will be denied.

Ø If you answered ‘no’ to any of the above questions, you are not eligible to participate in the Certified Voluntary Transfer Process.
