Community Use of
District Facilities
Welcome to Kyrene!
Kyrene boasts a wide variety of facilities
located throughout Tempe, Chandler, and Ahwatukee to meet your
organization's needs. A map of these locations is listed in the
toolbar on the left. School facilities and the District Office/Ben
Furlong Center are open for lease to any
person, group, or organization for any lawful purpose in the interest of
the community. In order to use a district
facility (e.g., fields, courts, classrooms, multi-purpose rooms,
conference or training rooms at the Ben Furlong Center), please
read the
User Guide which outlines all details of facility rentals, including
rates. To see sample pictures of conference/training rooms and get an
idea of what your event (including food!) may cost, check out the
Package Rates link on the left.
Very simply outlined below are the steps
to renting a facility:

request form
to the school office (of the location requested) with a
$15 application fee

Obtain Liability Insurance for $1 million listing
Kyrene School District as additionally insured
»
Sign and
submit a Use Agreement
»
Provide a
$250 damage deposit (refundable)
»
If applicable, submit a copy of a 501 (c) 3
