Locksmith

1. Locks
1. Replace door locks (same styles)
2. Change latch bolts and exit device heads

3. Lubricate the following:

1)     Latch bolts and exit device heads

2)     Key cylinders

3)     Dogging skirts

4)     Deadbolts

5)     Hinges  

4. Strikes (may require some filing)

2. Door Closures

1. Remove and replace leaking closures

1)     Remove arm

2)     Remove from bracket

3)     Reverse steps 1 and 2

4)     Adjust latching and closing speeds (use allen wrench)  

3. Tighten screws
1. Door hinges (use a #3 phillips screwdriver)
2. Exit devices, locksets, deadbolts (use a #2 phillips screwdriver)

4. Removal of Obstructions
1. Key cylinders (use hooked extraction tool)
