                  By canceling my auto charge payments I understand that

  1. if my tuition is not received by the close of business on the fifth day of the month in which it is due, a $25 late fee will be assessed.

  2. if my account balance is not paid in full by the close of business on the tenth day of the month in which it is due, a Notice of Non-Payment will be mailed.
  3. if my account balance is not paid in full by the 20th day of the month in which it is due, an Administrative Withdrawal Notice of the child from the program(s) will be sent, effective the first day of the following month.
  4. if my account balance is not paid in full by the last day of the month, the child will not be eligible to re-enroll in the Program until the account balance that is past due and the tuition that is currently due are paid in full.
  5. On the fourth Administrative Withdrawal Notice in a year, my child is not eligible to re-enroll in Community Education services until the first day of the following school year. To re-enroll, the family account must also reflect a zero balance.
