and Payment Information
Online Registration
This is the most accurate and up-to-date
course enrollment information available. All courses are
registered in real time, so if you see a spot available online you are
guaranteed the spot if you register. You will receive a class
confirmation (receipt) when you register online. You can search for
classes, monitor your family account and securely pay for programs. To
access this system all you need is your existing Family PIN and Client
Barcode. If you don't remember your barcode/pin number
click here. If you do not have a Family PIN or Client Barcode
please complete the
New Account Request form. Your
client barcode and family pin will be sent by email within 2
business days. Payment options: Discover, Visa or MasterCard.
Phone Registration - 480-783-7314
Kyrene Community Education offers you to
register over the phone. Phone Registration requires an individual
client barcode and pin number and the course barcode number. Please
call 480-783-7314 to try out our phone reg. Payment options: Discover
Card, Visa or MasterCard. Not available for Kyrene Kids Club
After-Hours Drop Box
Place completed registration application
form along with payment in drop off box located outside the Kyrene
School District office, 8700 S. Kyrene Rd., Tempe. Payment options:
Discover, Visa, MasterCard, money order, or personal check (Payable to
the Kyrene School District). A $25 charge will be assessed for
insufficient funds or stopped payment checks returned to the district.

Mail
Complete a registration application form
and mail the form with payments to: Kyrene School District, 8700 S.
Kyrene Rd. #10, Tempe, AZ 85284. Payment options: Discover, Visa,
MasterCard, money order, or personal check (Payable to the Kyrene School
District). A $25 charge will be assessed for insufficient funds or
stopped payment checks returned to the district.

Information
Register Early:
There is a point when decisions must be made to stop taking
registration for a class because it is filled, or to cancel a class due
to low enrollment. Please don't wait until the day a class begins to
register.
Resident Registration Policy and Nonresident Registration Policy
Any individuals can register for our classes. Registration are
not limited to specific school individual attends. Transportation is
not available to another school.
Changes
Programs and classes are subject to change or cancel due to low
enrollment. We reserve the right to change program content and/or
schedules as needed. These changes may affect the activities listed in
Community Connection Brochures and/or eServices
Drop-off Box
A drop-off box is located at the Kyrene District Office for your
convenience. You may place your registration information in the box
located outside the building. It will be considered along with the next
day's mail delivery.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 5 business days
of class start date will not be refunded. Cancellations made prior
to 5 business days of class start date will be refunded minus a $10
cancellation fee. No refunds will be given once a class begins.
Full refunds will be issued for any class cancelled by the Kyrene School
District Community Education.
Class Confirmation
Kyrene Community Education does not send class confirmation due
to the volume of registrations. You may call 480-783-4090 to confirm
your registration.
Waitlist Only
If the class is full you will receive a
call letting you know that your name has been added to the waitlist.
Please be certain the phone numbers you supply are accurate.
Wait/Interest Lists
We use wait/interest lists to plan for future classes. If there
is a sufficient number of people on the wait/interest list, we will try
to create a new class session depending on the availability of space and
instructors. When a person drops from a class we draw replacements from
this list on a first come, first serve basis. If the class you want is
full, ask to be put on the wait/interest list so we may work toward
providing the class for you. There is no fee to be on a wait/interest
list.
Checks
A $25 charge will be assessed for insufficient funds or stopped
payment checks returned to the district.
