• You can also delete a layer by selecting the layer and clicking on the trash can icon.

• When you are finished editing layers, you can merge or flatten them to group them together.

• You can only merge or flatten layers if the eye is visible.

• Go to Layers > Merge Down to merge the layer you currently have selected with the layer below it.

• Go to Layers > Merge Visible to merge all visible layers.

• Go to Layers > Flatten Image to flatten all layers, visible or not.  This greatly reduces the size of your file.
