Setting Up the AVerMedia Digital Visual Presenter

Steps for elementary classrooms (see photos above):

• VGA cable from laptop to port labeled VGA In on doc cam

• VGA Out from doc cam to projector port labeled Computer In

• USB cable from back of doc cam to USB port in laptop

Steps for middle school classrooms:

• Unplug the gray cable from the back of your computer – plug it into the VGA Out on the doc cam

• Plug the black VGA cable that came with the doc cam into the VGA In on the doc cam

• Plug that black VGA cable into the back of the computer
