Early Learning Centers
Our Early Learning Centers incorporate age appropriate activities that help children reach their full potential cognitively, emotionally, physically, and socially. Our approach is hands-on, child-centered, and encourages children to learn at their own pace. We base our developmentally appropriate, emergent enrichment activities on a philosophy of learning through guided play and preparation for Kindergarten in Kyrene. Children in our Early Learning Centers will develop the social skills necessary for their academic success. Half day and full day program options are available.
Early Learning Centers for Infants (6 weeks) through Toddlers
Our Infant through Toddler programs meet the needs of very young children through close supervision and age-appropriate activities. The nurturing atmosphere we create encourages your child to feel safe and comfortable as he/she explores and learns. Parents and staff will collaboratively decide upon appropriate placement of a child into an Infant through Toddler program depending on the developmental readiness of the child. (Please note that our Infant through Toddler programs are only available full-day, not half-day or partial week.)
Early Learning Centers for Three-Year-Old and Four-Year-Olds
Our hands-on Early Learning Centers are designed to support the individual discovery and learning styles of young students. In order to be successful in our Three and Four-year-old programs, children must have self-sufficient toileting skills. We know that children progress in multi-age classrooms; therefore, we try to integrate three and four-year-olds together as much as possible.
KinderClub
KinderClub is a program for children who are currently enrolled in a half-day Kindergarten program. KinderClub accommodates children in AM or PM Kindergarten by providing a full day experience of enriching activities. If there are not enough children enrolled in KinderClub to fill a separate classroom, we may integrate our KinderClub students with our four-year-olds.
Please note that childcare before and after the school start and dismissal time is not included in this program.
