To register for the C.A.S.A Vida program, you will need an
original birth certificate and immunization records.

Registrations will be taken at the Kyrene School District Ben Furlong
Center in June & July. Our office hours are Monday - Thursday from
8a.m. - 4p.m. Registrations packets will be available at the Ben Furlong
