To register for the C.A.S.A Vida program, you will need to
apply for Open
Enrollment once your OE application is approved we will
need an
original birth certificate and immunization record. You
will also need to file an
Affidavit of Intent with the county. C.A.S.A Vida registration forms are available at the C.A.S.A Vida office. For more information

Complete registrations will be taken at the Kyrene School District Ben Furlong
Center in June & July. Our office hours are Monday - Thursday from
8a.m. - 4p.m. Registrations packets will be available at the Ben Furlong
