Capital Asset Planning (CAP)
Purpose Statement
To
monitor and analyze long-term capital and facility needs in support of
Governing Board goals committed to the achievement of student
excellence.
· Review and recommend facility standards or changes to existing standards
· Review district assessments and advise on project management
· Educate staff and community members on capital funding needs
· Provide regular communication to the Governing Board and community
