My first year of college was at University of Arizona...GO CATS!, then I married, moved to SLC, Utah and graduated from Univ. of Utah in 1980....GO UTES! I earned my Master's degree in 1995 at NAU-GO LUMBERJACKS!

My role models, married for 61 years and reside in Casa Grande, They are active, supportive, and always maintain a positive attitude in all they do. My dad was a pro football player for 7 years, a 3 sport letterman at U of A, and his dad, my grandfather, was head Basketball and Golf coach for U of A for 37 years. Yes, I am very proud of my family’s sport heritage.
I mention my family for they are my support system and are a very important part of my life! I value physical activity and I believe that if you enjoy the activity, you will participate more often, thus staying fit for life!
